Rainbow shawl

For some time now I've had a hankering to get to work knitting a delicate, lace rainbow shawl. In something like cobweb yarn. You see I am somewhat of an indecisive person hence rainbow is my favourite colour! Anyway guess what the postman brought me? You guessed it!

This is 100% wool, 1 ply. And I have 400g of it, enough for 2 shawls! I can't wait to start working the shawl, but alas I've promised myself to finish the Elsa cardigan and Tiffany owl before I start on the shawl. The owl is coming on so well, she has a head, body and eyes! Ta'da soon I feel. Back to the shawl, these are similar to what I had in mind:
